The City of Guelph will close Gordon Street between Arkell and Clair Roads starting today, Monday, November 17 until Friday, November 21 during a project to connect utility services to a new development.
The project affects GO Transit and Guelph Transit services.

Santa Claus Parades and other special events will take place in communities throughout the Greater Toronto Area and Hamilton next weekend and the events will affect transit services.
The events take place in Acton (Halton Hills), Bowmanville (Clarington), Bradford, Brampton, Georgetown (Halton Hills), Guelph, Hamilton, Keswick (Georgina), Newmarket, Oakville, Orangeville, Pickering, Richmond Hill and Toronto.
The TTC’s website currently displays a service alert, advising passengers that part of the 1 Yonge - University - Spadina subway is closed between Finch and Sheppard Stations.
The TTC is operating shuttle buses between the two stations.

Tomorrow, Tuesday, November 11, many communities in the Greater Toronto Area and Hamilton will commemorate and honor veterans of Canada’s wars with processions and ceremonies.
Specifically, the Remembrance Day events in Aurora, Bowmanville (Clarington), Brampton, Burlington, Dundas (Hamilton), East York (Toronto), Hamilton, Newcastle (Clarington), Oakville, Oshawa, Port Perry (Scugog), Stoney Creek (Hamilton), Sunderland (Brock), Toronto, Uxbridge and Whitby will affect transit services in those communities.
Many transit agencies in the Greater Toronto Area and Hamilton will honour the sacrifice of the veterans of Canada’s wars by offering vets and their travelling companions free rides on Remembrance Day, Tuesday, November 11.
The drivers of Toronto Transit Commission, Mississauga Transit, York Region Transit and other Greater Toronto Area and Hamilton transit vehicles will pause their buses, streetcars and trains at 11 a.m. on Remembrance Day, Tuesday, November 11.
The City of Guelph will repave Eramosa Road between Stevenson Street and Speedvale Avenue East starting today, Monday, October 10.
Guelph Transit will detour buses on the 8 General Hospital, 61 Victor Davis, 70A Perimeter (counterclockwise) and 70B Perimeter (clockwise) routes during the project.
York Region Transit will extend current routes, introduce new express routes and make other changes, starting Sunday, November 16.
Starting at 7 p.m. tonight, Sunday, November 9, GO Transit buses return to the Keele Campus of York University.
The events take place in Ajax, Aurora, Bramalea, Brampton, Bronte, Hamilton, Maple, Newmarket, Pickering and Richmond Hill.
