Gphoto2 Shell

Gphoto2 has its own interactive command shell!
Like a cross between bash and ftp.
Invoked with: gphoto2 --shell
Some available commands:
- cd, lcd, get, get-thumbnail, show-info, delete, show-exif, ls, help, etc...
It even supports tab-completion!
