So there I was...standing at the Gates of Hell on Raganų Kalnas (The Hill of Witches) in Juodkrantė, Lithuania.....

There's probably some kind of poetic nonsense that someone could come up with about setting suns, the end of an era, rebirth, and other gobledygook about a changing neighbourhood, but I'll leave that up to you.

Bruce's bike, last Sunday, during the Fuzzy Boundaries parade through our neighbourhood. Residents were encouraging each other to come out and vote to name our neighbourhood.

The name Junction Triangle ended up winning. Bruce was somewhat disappointed, as his favourite name "Fuzzy Triangle" didn't make the Top 10 cut.

I mentioned before that Mosėdis, Lithuania is known for its rocks and beautiful landscaping. Everywhere you look, there rocks arranged various gardens and public spaces. Not really many sculptures or anything like that, but just big, heavy, interestingly-shaped rocks all over the place. Works very well with all the flowers and other natural landscaping.

I really enjoyed being there. I'd love to go back and walk or bike around while exploring the town.

Jen and I were riding up the Railpath after work today when I spotted this poster. I stopped and turned around to have a closer look.

Funny stuff. But if we all do a little bit to keep the Railpath in good condition for each other, it will continue to be awesome.

I've been trying to post a photo every day on my blog. Almost missed today's deadline by just a few minutes! This photo is from a walk I took a week ago. Some sheep-people (or something???) graffiti on the back of the Moloney Electric building on Sterling Rd.
