I wanted to go out and buy a magazinbe at The Urbane Cyclist today.
Since it was nice enough outside, Jen and I decided to just walk downtown
and back instead of riding our bikes or taking the TTC. It was a nice
way to spend some time together and see the city at a slower pace.
Our first stop was at MacGregor Park on Lansdowne Ave. just north of
College St. and West Toronto Collegiate. It looks like these colourful
benches on the south side of the park were painted by students from
the school.

Jen, looking at some photos pasted on the wall of the building in
MacGregor Park. Looks like the community makes really good use of this
park in the summertime, including the wading pool.

|
Some doubled-up post-and-ring bike racks infront of West Toronto
Collegiate on Lansdowne Ave. The city has started to double-up some of
the racks because it turns out they are easy to break.

Same as previous, but now with a bunch of traffic going by (SUV, TTC
bus, etc.).

A litter bin on someone's property at the corner of Palmerston Blvd. and
